ADDITIONAL PARTY TIME
As described above, all packages include an hour of social time that is typically split before and after the Art project. An event host may extend his or her event to allow more time for birthday cake-cutting, opening presents, or playing bubbles the a birthday clown! We highly recommend adding and extra hour to all packages to allow for that great social time with your guests. You can add an extra hour for $50. In case of prolonged stay at the day of the event a $30 rate per every 30-minute interval will be charged.
BOOKING AND RSVP
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure date and time. We require a final confirmation on the number of artists attending 4 days prior the event. This will ensure that the proper arrangements are made in the studio to accommodate all in attendance.
PICKING YOUR THEME
We have fun and hip themes for all ages and events. Each theme can be customized to fit your special occasion!
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Feel free to bring any kind of refreshments and assortments of food for your guests at no extra cost. Kalabash has a small kitchen area, as well as a 6 foot fold-out table that can be used for arranging food and drinks. As mentioned in our “Cool Add Ons” you can choose to have your food and cake table decorated to fit your theme shich includes a cake stand, drink dispenser, paper plates, cups, napkins and forks for $60.
PARTY TIME AND CLEAN UP
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the event to allow time for set up and guest reception. The Kalabash Artist Teacher will setup and cleanup all the art materials for the event, making the experience truly hassle free for the host & the guests.
DRESS CODE
At Kalabash we provide all the art materials, aprons, and cleaning supplies needed. Just remind your guests to wear clothes they don't mind getting a little dirty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
While it would be unfortunate not being able to host your event at Kalabash, our cancellation policy is implemented in order to protect the professional artists that are booked specifically to instruct at your event. For this reason, we require a 7-day notice of cancellation before the reserved date of the event in order to insure a full deposit refund or rescheduled date and time. If a deposit was placed less than 7 days before the event date, this fee will not be eligible to be refunded or used toward a rescheduled event.
